The Church Operations Department is responsible for providing the environment, facility, atmosphere, and resources necessary for delivering ministry programs. This department consists of staff member and servants with responsibility and accountability for food service, fitness center, facilities/property, financial, procurement, asset, risk assessment/insurance, safety, security, human resources, information technology, events, records and fleet management. This department is also responsible for policy and procedure management, community care, and servant mobilization.
